## Acceptance
By accessing signalbeaconpoint.click or engaging Signalbeaconpoint Co., Ltd. for revenue intelligence services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
## Services described
Pages describing assessments, visualization commissions, briefings, and retainers are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.
## Intellectual property
Unless a statement of work states otherwise, Signalbeaconpoint retains copyright in methodologies, templates, and generic frameworks. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables produced for their engagement for internal business purposes. Client data remains the client’s property.
## Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate source information, timely stakeholder access, and lawful authority to share billing and CRM extracts. Delays in access may extend timelines without constituting breach by Signalbeaconpoint.
## Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Signalbeaconpoint’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or board decisions made using deliverables.
## No professional substitute
Deliverables support internal decision-making. They do not constitute legal, audit, or regulated financial advice unless expressly agreed in writing with appropriately licensed professionals.
## Website use
You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without written consent.
## Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
## Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
