## Scope This policy applies to professional service engagements with Signalbeaconpoint Co., Ltd.: Revenue Health Assessments, Custom Revenue Visualization Commissions, Finance–Growth Alignment Briefings, and Recurring Revenue Intelligence Retainers. It does not cover software subscriptions or physical product sales, which we do not offer. ## Deposits and fees Proposals may require a deposit (commonly 30–50%) to reserve analyst time. Retainer invoices are billed monthly in advance. Session fees for briefings are due as stated on the invoice. ## Cancellation by the client - **Briefings:** Cancel or reschedule at least five business days before the session for a full fee credit toward a new date within three months. Later cancellations may forfeit up to 50% of the session fee if preparation has begun. - **Assessments and commissions:** Written cancellation before definition lock returns unused deposit minus documented discovery hours at the quoted rate. After definition lock, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; remaining prepaid unused stages may be refunded proportionally. - **Retainers:** Cancel with thirty days’ written notice. The then-current month is non-refundable once production for that cycle has started. ## Rescheduling Reasonable rescheduling is accommodated subject to studio availability. Repeated short-notice changes may be billed as additional facilitation time. ## No-shows Missed briefing sessions without notice are charged in full. A replacement session may be booked at the standard rate. ## Work already started Draft visualization files, findings drafts, and facilitation records produced before cancellation remain billable. Prepaid amounts covering unfinished later stages may be refunded after deduction of started work and non-recoverable third-party costs (for example booked meeting rooms). ## Materials Client-supplied data remains yours. Our templates and generic frameworks are not transferred on cancellation. Custom deliverables already handed over stay available to you under the original licence for completed paid stages. ## Refund method and timing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where applicable, remain unaffected.
