Who it is for
Finance directors, controllers, and growth leads at subscription businesses who need a shared, board-ready view of recurring revenue—especially when monthly packs still disagree on MRR, expansion, or churn.
Result
You receive a versioned visualization pack (print-ready and screen-ready), a definition glossary tied to your source fields, and a recorded or live walkthrough so both teams can re-read the same series each cycle.
Scope included
- Discovery workshops with finance and growth stakeholders
- Source-field mapping for billing, refunds, credits, and plan changes
- Design of an agreed chart and bridge set (typically 6–12 views)
- Reading-order guide for board or leadership decks
- One revision cycle after the first walkthrough
Excluded
- Building or licensing a permanent software product for your company
- Full data-warehouse engineering or ongoing ETL ownership (available only under a separate retainer)
- Legal or audit opinions on accounting treatment

Senior analysts at Signalbeaconpoint Co., Ltd. lead the engagement from our Din Daeng studio. Work proceeds in three stages: definition lock, draft visualization review, and final pack delivery with walkthrough.

Most commissions complete in four to eight weeks, depending on data access and stakeholder availability. Delivery is remote with optional on-site sessions in Bangkok.
